POTH is a powerful tool for both testing and regular usage. It began as a "plain old telescope handset" (hence the acronym), but has since grown significantly. POTH has a range of useful features such as traffic logging, telescope, dome and focuser controls, a detailed help file, and a "quiet" mode which reduces traffic to and from the driver.
